Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus Dip
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced 
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Cook olive oil on skillet on medium-high.  Add garlic and bell pepper and cook until soft.  In a food processor add all ingredients.  Serve with veggies or crackers. 

PB Apple Slices

Ingredients:
  • Peanut butter
  • Apples
Easy and delicious! 

Dried Fruit and Sesame Sticks Mix
Buy in bulk from Vitamin Cottage your favorite dried fruit (raisens, cranberries, papaya) and sesame sticks.  Mix in a large zip lock and have available for a healthy snack. 

Tri Color Yum
Ingredients: 
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced (if in season), if not in season use peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and store in the fridge.
